Following the success of the market held on Australia Day 2021, the Board has decided to ‘do it again’ in 2022.
An extra Rotary Market will be held on Wednesday 26th January 2022 at Corrigan’s Beach Reserve, Batehaven. Stall holder bookings are open now with the Market Manager (see www.batemansbaysundaymarket.com.au) and the Board will be organising some suitable activities to celebrate Australia Day at the market.
The roster for this extra market is on the calendar on this website. We still need an additional member or partner to assist Heidi and Matthew in the Rotary van making donuts and cleaning up from 10.30am to 1.00pm. A market requires far fewer Rotarians to staff than the usual Australia Day breakfast!
As it is a market, the van will be selling donuts and coffee as per normal. However, we are expecting a good crowd so it could be busy. If you have never had a wander around a Rotary market before why not put Australia Day in your diary? Hope to see you there!
