Members are invited to attend the presentation to successful Youth Foundation applicants in the auditorium of the Soldier’s Club. Please advise the President via email if you would like to attend the Presentation.

In addition, members may stay in the Club for a dinner at their own cost – please see details below and also RSVP to the President if staying for dinner.

 

BATEMANS BAY YOUTH FOUNDATION PRESENTATION FUNCTION

On behalf of the Batemans Bay Youth Foundation, it gives me much pleasure to extend an invitation to you and your guests to attend our Presentation Function. We will be presenting grants to ten students, to help fund their tertiary education.

Unfortunately, due to the uncertainty surrounding Covid the BBYF Committee has decided not to have a Presentation Dinner this year. With the agreement of the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club, we will instead have a Covid safe Presentation Function.

The function will be held in the large Auditorium to ensure that Covid-19 restrictions regarding social distancing can be met.

Dress:                        Jacket and tie

Would you please mail, email or phone me by Friday 28 January 2021, indicating your acceptance (or not) of this invitation?

Please include the name of guests you may wish to bring. Would you also let me know if you and your guests will be staying for dinner at the club (at your cost) following the presentation?

I look forward to seeing you at the Presentation Function. Your presence will give support and encouragement to our community’s successful students as they start a new pathway to their future.
