Planning is well underway for the Emergency Services Family Fun Day on the 3 July 2021 at the grounds behind the tennis courts Hanging Rock Place Batemans Bay. open to the public at 8.30am and finish 3pm.
The aim is to build the resilience within our community by providing the opportunity to gain information and to speak personally to our local teams and also an opportunity for emergency services and community services to work collaboratively together.
The family fun day including live music, food stalls, activities for the children and a baseball game between Emergency Services team and a Community team including Andrew Constance and Chad from Mogo Zoo.
The RFS Surf Beach, SES Batemans Bay, NSW Police, Marine Rescue and other community services including Rise Foundation, Headspace, Lions Club, Eurobodalla Shire Council Bush Fire Recovery Services, Red Cross and Campbell Page – Youth services.
Emergency Services are hoping we will be part of this amazing day, by providing donuts and drinks from our van and promoting the Rotary Batemans Bay. If you are keen you are welcome to be part of Baseball team.
Three shifts for the day and are asking for your help.

Thank you to everyone who has offered to assist on the day. We have the luxury of four helpers for each session at the moment.
We will be selling donuts at 3 for $2 and soft drinks for $2.
